Mission
To engage the community, children and youth with empowering life messages through the arts.

Vision
To promote love, hope and healing in all communities.

History
The Good Foot Arts Collective was founded in 2005 in Seattle WA by Louie and May Praseuth. They felt the need to engage and build up others in the community who share common values and passions in using artistic expression to benefit the community, children and youth. They desire to create safe avenues for young people through various classes, workshops, performances, showcases, public events, and professional productions locally and internationally. Through their leadership and mentoring, they have been effective in raising up community minded and culturally relevant artists for the next generation.

What We Do
The Good Foot Arts Collective offers a variety of services. We customize our focus to fit any event whether at school assemblies, community outreaches, dance workshops, cafe art showcases, or producing professional productions.

Cafe Tours
The Good Foot Cafe Tour partners with local cafes to showcase new works of art created by local artists.

Community Outreach
We purposefully connect with young people and serve at community events, community centers, churches, open air showcases, and juvenile detention centers.

Dance Workshop
Keep a look out for our periodic dance workshops open to the public. Sign up on our e-mail list to receive updated information and promotions to learn from professional teaching artists. Past workshop disciplines include: Breaking, Hip Hop Choreography, House, Locking, Popping, and Waacking.

Productions
Through performance opportunities and professional events, we are able to help build life skills for young people and raise up new leaders to pursue excellence internally and externally.

School Assemblies
It is important to invest in the future by empowering young people to reach their full potential. Through our performances for large or small student gatherings and by partnering with teachers and staff, we have seen increased youth engagement, strengthened relationships, and safe spaces for courageous dialogue.
